When the weather is reaching close to that 40-degree mark and I'm
deciding to brave that Adelaide summer, an outfit that requires minimal effort
is what I choose to wear. Gym attire is the epitome of minimal effort and maximum
comfort, and when the day is this warm, anything loose and comfortable is
ideal. These electric blue Country
Road shorts are becoming
my go to summer staple because of they never fail to strike attention by their
bright appearance. Adding my mesh Milk
and Honey jersey
continues with that sporting look, however it's leafy print adds an element of
luxury and takes a gym outfit to the street. Also the jersey appeals perfectly
to me as the feminine print is balanced by its see-thru design, making it
slightly cheeky, yet grunge. Topping off the look with my trusty pair of Converse high-tops still continues with that
gym attire inspiration, however takes it to more of the street-style level that
makes it somewhat more appropriate for casual wear. With my hair chucked up in
a messy topknot, and my iconic Le
Specs sunnies, I'm ready for
those long summer days ahead.
